Right now we're averaging one nice day per week.
At least it's falling on the weekends.

We took full advantage on Sunday and hiked halfway up West Tiger 3.

I'm pretty sure I have a little sun burn today.
Totally. Worth it.

We stumbled across this tiny waterfall at the best time of day.
A an hour earlier or later and we'd have missed the gorgeous sunlight bouncing off the water.

Silly hubbers.

see? this is for all the people who whine about our rainy weather...without the rain we wouldn't have all this gorgeous green! there's a reason we're called the emerald city (and the evergreen state)!

pretty sure my sunburn is darker and more hurtier than yours!

Thank you for inspiring me to leave Seattle and get out into the woods. I think I might tackle Mt. Si again sometime soon.

ooh, we went hiking to a place called little yosemite (um it should be called mini teeny weenie yosemite, but it was still a nice watering hole). we went with my cousin's family and kids, so it was a pretty slow takeiteasy kinda hike. but still i'm proud of the littlest walking kid not yet four years old. it was pretty steep and over a mile to the top.
