super awesome craft-y challenge of awesomeness (part deux)

This is the LittleGrayFox crafty challenge entry for my lovely friend, Monica.  She's a brilliant painter, phenomenal photographer, the silliest person I know, and about a flobbity jillion billion times cooler than me  (I was always super jealous of her in college : P).
